    Terms and Conditions

    1. Access to the HaemOnc 2025 Conference will only be confirmed on receipt of proof of payment.
    2. Payment is due prior to the start of the conference.
    3. Early Bird rates are valid from 01 March 2025 – 30 June 2025. Standard rates are valid from 01 July 2025 – 05 September 2025.
    4. If you choose the ‘EFT’ payment option, an invoice with the conference bank details will be emailed to you along with your confirmation email.
    5. Proof of payment to be emailed to Elle Brits at elle@soafrica.com
    6. Please make sure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid for, with their unique invoice number that is found in the top right corner of the invoice e.g. HaemOncINV123.
    7. Registrations are only transferable to delegates who have not yet registered.
    8. Delegates attending from countries outside South Africa are requested to make payment in South African Rands (ZAR) and are responsible for covering the full bank charges.

    Cancellation of Registration

    1. All cancellations must be received in writing to the Registration Manager elle@soafrica.com
    2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 01 August 2025.
    3. Any registration received after 01 August 2025 will not be entitled to a refund or credit, and such person will be liable for the full registration fee, as above.
    4. Refunds due will only be issued two weeks post the conference.
