Payment and Invoicing

A receipt and/or invoice will be issued after registration and included with your confirmation email.

Should you pay via electronic transfer, please send the proof of payment to avron@soafrica.com.

Cancellation of registration

  1. All cancellations must be received in writing to the registration manager avron@soafrica.com.
  2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 1 August 2026.
  3. Any registrations received after 1 August will not be entitled to a refund or credit, and such person will be liable for the full registration fee.
  4. Refunds due will only be issued 1 month post the conference.
