Important Information
Your Registration Fee Includes:
- Full access to all conference sessions
- Access to the trade exhibition area
- Participation in the Friday welcome function: Canapés and Conversations in the Exhibition area
- Refreshment breaks and lunch the duration of the congress
- Saturday evening: Networking Conference Dinner
The Registration Fee Excludes:
- Accommodation
- Travel expenses
Payment and Invoicing
A receipt and/or invoice will be issued after registration and included with your confirmation email.
Should you pay via electronic transfer, please send the proof of payment to avron@soafrica.com.
Cancellation of registration
- All cancellations must be received in writing to the registration manager avron@soafrica.com.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 1 August 2026.
- Any registrations received after 1 August will not be entitled to a refund or credit, and such person will be liable for the full registration fee.
- Refunds due will only be issued 1 month post the conference.
